EasyChair Conference System
All abstracts should be submitted to the EasyChair Conference System web site. If you do not have an EasyChair account, you should create one.

You can submit new abstracts and change previously submitted abstracts until submission deadline October 31, 2009 at 5 p.m. CET (GMT +2). Closed.

Abstract submission without editing option continues till December 1, 2009. 

Hot topics abstract submissions will be accepted till February 1, 2010.

Authors:
During the submission you will have to provide an address for correspondence (the full postal address, email and the fax number) and the list of authors (the full name, e-mail, country and single, principal affiliation per author). The corresponding author is responsible for any revisions and the final abstract submission.

The indicated corresponding (and presenting) author should be registered for the Biomag2010 until February 15, 2010.

Text only abstracts:
The abstract title should include a concise description of the reported work. It should be written with first letter capitalized and remaining letters in lower case. The body of the abstract should not exceed 2000 characters (with spaces). The abstract should include main objective(s), methods, results and conclusions without headings. The abstract can contain references numbered consecutively in square brackets.

Abstract categories
Authors can select from two categories for their submission:

  • oral presentation (invited lectures, confirmed symposia, workshops and tutorials presentations)
  • poster (all other abstracts submissions).

Fellowships and Young Scientist Award:
To apply for Fellowships for doctoral students or the Young Scientist Award please select the corresponding group (only one nomination is eligible).

Keywords:
To characterize your submission, you have to enter 2–5 keywords.

Topics:
Selection of topic(s) during the abstract submission will help Scientific Program Committee to organize sessions. You can select more than one topic relevant to your submission.

At the end of the submission you should tick the only abstract box.

The deadline for the abstract submission and editing is October 31, 2009 at 5 p.m. CET (GMT +2). Closed.

The correspoding authors will receive notification of abstract acceptance till November 15, 2009 for abstracts submitted till October 31, 2009 and within 7 days after abstract submission for submissions after October 31, 2009. 


All authors will receive automatic email confirmation for each successful abstract submission.
