To register for the COST Dubrovnik workshop please send an email request with complete contact details and a copy of your bank payment order in pdf format or a request for on-site payment for non-COST participants to cost_dubrovnik@phy.hr. Closed. NEW: COST support for travel and accommodation will be approved to the participants from the COST participating countries of the NeuroMath COST Action BM0601 via MCs, on a first come-first served basis. Deadline for registration fee payment via bank transfers for all COST supported participants within 5 working days of the COST Office approval of the attendance list i.e., March 5, 2010. *On-site registration is possible only if confirmed via email. Registration payments via bank transfers (for COST and non-COST participants) and on-site cash payments (for non-COST participants only) will be accepted. Registration fee covers: For COST supported participants meals will be reimbursed (buffet lunch at the venue hotel 15 EUR, lighter options will be also available). REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION will be issued for all incoming payments and will be distributed at the registration desk before the meeting. CANCELLATION POLICY A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the COST_Dubrovnik registration office at cost_dubrovnik@phy.hr . Cancellation fee for a cancellation made before March15, 2010: EUR 50, plus bank handling charges. No refund for cancellations made after March 16, 2010.
